This December The Purcell Singers will be travelling to France to join L'Orchestre de Picardie for a series of Christmas concerts.

The programme includes Benjamin Britten's Saint Nicolas, and highlights from Handel's Messiah, along with other traditional Christmas music and carols.

The soloists will be Ruby Hughes, soprano, and Donald Litaker, tenor.

The concert will be performed in three towns:
Hirson on Sunday 11 December, 5pm at La Salle Carpentier.
Amiens on Monday 12 December, 8.30pm at Le Maison de la Culture.
Creil on Tuesday 13 December, 8.45pm at La Faïencerie.
